INTRODUCING, COACH KATE

Kate is a mixed movement coach with a diverse background in dance, yoga, and strengthening and conditioning. She has a deep passion for basketball, having played basketball since the age of 10 and coaching in her local competition. Kate recognises that healthy movement includes multiple modalities, offering classes that focus on strengthening, mobility, endurance, agility, and more. She believes in the power of play to explore the body's capabilities, especially during the formative years when neural pathways are being built. Through playful exploration, Kate focuses on laying the foundations for social skills, gross and fine motor skills, and basketball techniques, using games and creative movement exercises to help individuals unlock their physical potential and express themselves.
