What’s involved?

  • Accredited basketball coach to facilitate the program and coaching.

  • 45 mins of exhilarating basketball skill workshop- 3x per week over an 8 week program which works in conjunction with strength + conditioning training

  • Goals: refining basic skills, understanding the game and team work (age 13-15)

  • Skills: advanced dribbling, shooting techniques, defensive skills, basic plays. (age 13-15)

  • Goals: preparing for competitive play, specialised skills and advanced strategies(age 16-18)

  • Skills: specialised training positive specific, advanced strategy and peak physical conditioning (age 16-18)

  • The Basketball Coach designs and delivers skill-building sessions, focusing on developing players' technical abilities,

    teamwork, and sportsmanship on the court.

  • A trusting support network in which our young athletes can develop their basketball skills.
