What’s involved?
Accredited basketball coach to facilitate the program and coaching.
45 mins of exhilarating basketball skill workshop- 3x per week over an 8 week program which works in conjunction with strength + conditioning training
Goals: refining basic skills, understanding the game and team work (age 13-15)
Skills: advanced dribbling, shooting techniques, defensive skills, basic plays. (age 13-15)
Goals: preparing for competitive play, specialised skills and advanced strategies(age 16-18)
Skills: specialised training positive specific, advanced strategy and peak physical conditioning (age 16-18)
The Basketball Coach designs and delivers skill-building sessions, focusing on developing players' technical abilities,
teamwork, and sportsmanship on the court.
