Create an Action Plan for Success
Success doesn’t just happen—it’s built through daily habits. Create a small, actionable plan for this week that aligns with your goals. Choose one area (skills, nutrition, resilience, recovery, or strength & conditioning) and set one clear, realistic goal.
For example:
"I will complete 10 minutes of extra dribbling drills after practice."
”I will take 5 minutes before bed to focus on my breathing and recovery."
